Below
I have posted a few forms that will help with my visit. The
first is the author contract (please email me for this
after we discuss the particulars, or call 802-388-3133
and I'll send it to you attached to email) and the second
is a book order form that can go home with students in
advance of my visit. I
would suggest doing this about two weeks to a month before
the visit.
Book sales
are easy to do when I handle this for teachers and PTA. Simply
get a sense of what you will need and fax, send, or email me the order total
numbers of various books, and I will bring them when I come to your school
or have them shipped to my hotel near your school. All prices are discounted
to make the books more affordable to students.
Please don't

to set up a signing.
